Costs:
295 € seminar fee, plus Accommodation including full board and use of the room 57 € per day. Overnight stays in your own tent or in the six-person room in the Boy Scout House.
Times:
Retreats start at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and end at 4:00 p.m. on the last day.
That daily program starts at 7:00 a.m. with the morning meditation and ends with the evening meditation (time variable). Night's rest from 10:30 p.m.
Please note: We assume that you are healthy and have a normal level of fitness so that you can achieve a 3-4 hour hike without any major problems.

The place is completely quiet on the edge of the forest and directly on idyllic hiking trails with access to quiet forests and glittering lakes. A feel-good retreat with no frills or pampam.
