Patagonia had been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. Even as a small child I was very clear that mountains had a special meaning for me. Now I see that the attraction to alpine mountain areas has the same root as the attraction to deserts and the Australian outback; it's devoid of civilization. Nature in its most pristine form. So when I saw that I had the chance to take 6 months off I didn't need to think about it twice, I packed my 80 l backpack (yes 80 l!) And got on a flight to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. And that's where the adventure began. My preferred mode of transport during this time was my own two feet. And I don't know how many miles I walked. But check out the pictures below (btw, these weren't digital photos, I had them scanned, so no filter!) And you'll get an idea :-) Inbetween treks I used public transport but for the most part of the three months, I was out and about and absolutely loved it!
Join me in one of my upcoming workshops or retreats so that you too can start your own adventure and dive deep into the outer and your inner nature
