Enjoy the silence.

Do you like to be outdoors and do you also like to hike in a group? And yet you long for silence, without constant chatter? Above all, do you need space for yourself? Clarity. Space. No one who talks all the time. Just you. And still not alone. Then you are right here.

The collective walking in silence is exactly that. Space for you. Quiet. But not alone. Just time for yourself to come down, relax, slow down. But without the room being immediately filled again. Just be.  

Hiking is the best way to be outside in the fresh desire to sink into silence and get from your head into your body, and it's very easy. Without effort. It just happens.  

That is why walking in silence is pure meditation for me. Please come with me. I look forward to getting to know you soon.

As  & Where

We meet in the morning at around 9:30 a.m. at a location in or near Bergisch Gladbach. We will be back between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. In between we take enough breaks. The tour is easy to moderately difficult, a good basic level of fitness is helpful. However, special skills are not necessary. Where we will meet will be announced after registration.
